He has led teams responsible for corporate expansion and enhancement of shareholder value In two listed companies. He was Chairman of Hansom Group plc and before that Chief Executive of Unigroup plc. He was appointed to the Board in December 2005.

He has been Managing Director of Audiotel since his appointment In March 2006. Bernie comes directly from Computer Cab, where, as Operations Director over the previous five years he presided over the growth of pre-tax profits In the company from £1.8M to in excess of £5M.
